At S.E.A. Swim Education Academy (“S.E.A.”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we strive to provide high-quality swimming lessons and swim teacher training programs. We want you to be satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. General Policy

All bookings and payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or class cancellations by S.E.A.

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email to [your email] within 7 days of the scheduled class or program.
2. Class Cancellations by S.E.A.
If S.E.A. cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., pool closure, instructor unavailability, or safety concerns), you will be offered:

A full refund, or

A rescheduled class, based on your preference.
3. Student-Initiated Refunds
Refunds for classes or programs canceled by the student are subject to the following:

Advance notice required: Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class.

Refunds will be issued minus any administrative fees (if applicable).

Classes missed without prior notice are non-refundable.
4. Special Programs & Training Courses

Refunds for swim teacher training courses or workshops are subject to the terms outlined in the course registration form.

Any partially attended courses are non-refundable, but S.E.A. may offer options to transfer the remaining sessions to another eligible student.
5. How to Request a Refund
